Can I use your art for my RP/forum avatar/Myspace/web page? Can I alter your art into graphics and share it on PSP sites etc?
-All non-profit usage of my pieces are allowed. Profit by definition meaning monetary currency: Dollar, Euro, etc.
-Don't use my work for your profit. Simple.
-There are few pieces that you cannot use even for non-profit usage- categorized under "Paid commissions" and "Contract works". Be careful of using these pieces because I won't have to sue you for it. The commissioner will.

I found someone posting your picture and claiming they did it
-Send me a note or email. They have no means of sustaining their claim. Stealing someone else's work may stroke their ego for a moment but that's as far as they go.
I'll only take action if they attempt to make profit for work they didn't do.

-Not for free.
